The OHC Ford 6 cylinder was introduced in 1988, it was used in EA, EB, ED, EF, EL and AU Falcons and Fairlanes. The SOHC Falcon engine is a very popular engine now used to re-power early model Falcons and Cortinas. The AS0014 takes the hassle out of having to run a computer as our 2 and 4 barrel inlet manifolds and a distributor conversions make it easy to retro fit the over head camshaft engine it to other model cars. The 2 barrel manifold has the same advantages as other model manifolds that we have developed at Aussiespeed including easy to fit, maximum flow and still retaining high velocity and even flow to all ports. The manifold has one x 3/8 npt vacuum take off on the rear of the manifold for brake vacuum and auto transmission fitting.This manifold works with both a 350 or 500 CFM 2 barrel Holley carb and also works with LPG.It is not recommended that this manifold be used on low revving std engines as it is a performance manifold and some bottom end torque is sacrificed at lower RPM. The manifold is not recommended if you need maximum torque under 3500 rpm without fitting an AS0242 plenum insert.
