Description

Mount your Holley squarebore carburettor east west with the primary butterflies away from your engine, a Holley squarebore carburetor is longer than it is wider and most 4 barrel mounting flanges and most manifolds require welding to make the carb pad larger. The Aussiespeed AS0110 is an 11mm thick cast aluminium adapter that fits most 4 barrel squarebore carb pads and allows you to mount the carb sideways without any welding. The Carb adapter can be mounted in either of  2 positions, with the carburetor close to the rocker cover or away from the rocker cover. The AS0110K is supplied with a 6mm phenolic heat insulator  to clear any thing lower than the throttle  base plate. The spacer is supplied with 3 counter sunk pan head bolts,  3 studs & nuts and will require 1 x 5/16 unc bolt that is not included.

The carburetor is held to the adapter with 3 studs plus one bolt that uses one of the original manifold threaded mounting holes.

The bolt can be used in either the inner or outer bolt pads.

Due to the shape of some 4 barrel plenums some additional grinding may be required to your manifold or the adapter plate to suit your application.

The AS0110k is only 17mm thick when used with the AS0201 heat shield spacer that is supplied as part of this kit

The front left will require 1x 5/16 unc bolt that is not supplied.
