Aussiespeed Ford 250 2v intake manifold to fit Australian cast iron cylinder head with removable intake manifold. Many 2V 250 heads found there way to America.

The Aussiespeed AS0011 and AS0084 plenum insert is The intake ports have been reduced on the port face to increase velocity and when fitted with the AS0084 supplied in this package it delivers a great street engine with snappy throttle response. The extra material can be removed with a file or die grinder to your desired size how ever we have found this has a negative effect on many engines.

The manifold is reasonably low in plenum height for lower hood clearance, it still performs over a wide power band .

The plenum insert is placed central in the plenum up against the internal plenum wall on the port side. The manifold has one x 3/8 npt vacuum take off on the rear of the manifold for brake vacuum and auto transmission fitting.The width from the manifold face to the outside of the carb pad is 20cm. The Aussiespeed AS0011 is sold as a machined ready to bolt on performance manifold to suit Holley 4 barrel square bore carburetors.To gain some velocity the port floor on the cylinder head flange has been reduced in diameter compared to the cylinder head port size. The port size is reduced on the lower third of the manifold from the port face back by around 10mm. The extra material can be removed with a file or die grinder to your desired size how ever we do not suggest removing the extra material unless you have experience in cylinder head and port modifications.
