Made in Australia this Aussiespeed Holden V8  cast aluminium thermo housing suits 308 253 4.2 and 5.0 V8 engines that do not require a heater bypass. Unlike other thermostat housings these are a hand made sand cast casting that can be painted or polished from premium aluminium

The Aussiespeed Thermo Housing doesnt have the accessory pipes for bypass and heaters. We have designed it this way to give a neater look

These are hand molded and cast in Australia from certified aluminium, it is important to use a corrosion inhibitor in your cooling system. There are faced on a mill not linished on a belt sander.

There are no accessory barbs for bypass or heater accessories. Can be used on red motor, blue motor and black motor holden v8 engines. A witness hole is drilled on the under side if you want to drill through to fit a bypass hose or add a temp sender.
