What you see pictured is what is included. The surface finish is shot blasted raw aluminum, bolts are zinc plated socket head cap screws,  both oil cap and pcv grommets as well as rocker cover and side plate bolt sets.

The cover has 2 internal cast funnel style breathers that can be machined down for additional clearance. No plates, no screws, no rivets to fall out into your engine.
