Through the R&D process of bolting on and unbolting manifolds a way that made it a quicker and simpler way to bolt and unbolt them was how this product came about.
Due to larger diameter pipes and manifolds with larger runners the time spent cutting and grinding what was available from Holdens we have now made available what we use ourselves.
The 3 shapes go on as pictured above and work the same way on the rear of the engine. Laser cut from 6mm steel plate with holes slightly offset it is proven to give good clamping pressure and in most cases they slip straight into place. The 1st and last stud that goes into the cylinder head only we use a reduced head extractor style bolt.
